Born in 1993, Chef and owner Calogero Brown Napoli has spent the last 15 years rising through the food industry. He started as a dishwasher and worked his way through every type of kitchen—from fast food to high-end dining. Over the years, he earned multiple diplomas, including a DEP in Culinary Arts, Butchery, Pastry, and Cuisine du Marché.
With a passion for perfection and a commitment to using only the highest-quality ingredients, Calogero decided it was time to launch his own venture. In 2024, he began taking cannoli seriously. Coming from a Sicilian family, he spent countless hours testing and refining his recipe. After many variations, he finally achieved the perfect one. Friends and family loved it—and encouraged him to share it with the world.
That same year, La Bella Cannoli was born. Shortly afterward came the idea to offer roaming cannoli services, bringing fresh, made-on-the-spot cannoli directly to events.
